1996 Subaru Outback starting

Hi, I try to start the car and it turns over as if everything is normal but it just wont fire up. Iv tried this numerous times over the day and slowly started wearing down the batt. Tried it the next day with jumper leads and same thing. Pleanty of fuel in there.

2 most important things need to be checked to verify it is in spec. First fuel pressure, and fuel volume. Next is spark, and how good is it?

Im not sure about the spark?
Im thinking it might be along the lines of cam or crank sensors? I no the fuel punp is all fine.
