SUBARU NOT STARTING IN COLD WEATHER

My subaru runs good until it gets around 20 degrees outside then it turns over but it will not start I put dry gas in changed fuel filter I checked fuel pump pressure after installing fuel filter pressure around 50 and as soon as it warms up around 30 degrees or I put it in a warm place it starts up after about an hour could you please give me some ideas where to start looking to solve this problem thank you Harold

Are you getting spark to the plugs when it won't start? Have you checked to see if the fuel injectors are getting power when it doesn't start?
