1991 Subaru Legacy Running problem

1991 Subaru Legacy 4 cyl Automatic

I have a 1991 Subaru that is only sparking on one of the two coils. Coils pack checked and is good. Ignition Control module is good. Wiring from ICM to coil pack is good. Any suggestions?

Check and test the crank angle sensor at front center of engine on oil pump see below
