Car starts fine now runs fine but won't go over 40 MPH. I've put a new wire harness on. A new PCM programmed to VIN. New abs sensors, all new wheel bearings all 4 wheels, abs tone rings, two new rear cv axels with new abs tone rings, transmission conductor plate new solenoids. Didn't work so put in whole new transmission valve guide and conductor plate with more new solenoids. Still stuck in limp mode. I am exhausted and knowledge spent on trying to fix this car. 05 300 c please help.

Run a scan on it and see what codes are present. Post those here and we will try to help. Most of the time a limp mode is engine related but there are about 50 different codes that will lock it into limp mode if they set.
