All of a sudden vehicle will not start. It cranks, starts up and all of the gauges work except for the gas gauge, and then shuts down. The orange immobilizer key light comes on and stays steady (doesn't flash/blink). I've read up a lot online and it looks to be a problem with the SKIM, and I have the OEM key, but I am at a loss as to what to do now. Help?

Hello,

This could be a problem with the your vehicle's Auto Shut Down Relay (ASD) which is located in your vehicle's Power Distribution Center (PDC) in your vehicle's engine compartment. In the diagrams down below I have included a wiring diagram of your vehicle's charging system with the ASD Relay circuit in it and a diagram with location and callout for the PDC as well. Please go through this information and get back to us with what you are able to find out.

Thanks,
Alex
