Starting issue

Just bought car, drove it home and turned it off went to go restart and it would not even turn over. After sitting for a couple of hours it fired right up. Drove car again and went into store same deal the car would not even turn over after a couple of hours of letting it sit it fired right up. It also has an excalibur aftermarket alarm system could this be locking me out? My sons first car

It could be the alarm system have it checked out where they are installed. It may be wired wrong or a switch bad. Have battery checked for condition and load test as well. Auto parts do this for free
