Do you happen to have a voltmeter?
If so, test for twelve volts at both sides of the 175 amp #B fuse and the fuse #7, both in the battery junction box, located under the hood near the battery.
In that same battery junction box, you will find the starter relay. Put your finger tips on it and feel if it clicks one time when someone else turns the key to start.
If it does and them other fuses tested good, try a new starter relay. If the relay does not click, check tat the fuse #21 in the smart junction box has power on both sides of it when the key is turned to start. That smart junction box is located under the left side of the dash.
