Starter will not crank over

I just bought this car the starter went out so I bought a new one installed it, but some how the anti theft kill switch got turned on. How do I remove it so the car will turn on?

Try a security system reset, should be in the owners manual or you can try one of these methods

Removal is not a viable option as most of the security systems these days are not a simple single part but are integrated into multiple modules and disabling one, shuts them all down.
