Looking for diagrams and routing for the starter relay to 86 pin out. I have no voltage at pin 86(abs/pCM) with key on. All the other pins are running like they should. Thanks

If you are sure the fuse is okay and you don't have voltage to the starter relay then it is possible the wire between them is bad. However a quick test is to step on the brakes, do the brake lamps come on? If yes then the fuse is okay and feeding power to the connector, but the wire between the boxes it likely bad. If no brake lights, then look in the box itself for a failed contact.

Yes the brake lights work. Will a parasitic test help my situation cause some times the car will start but lately not so much, the only thing that does not work is the low and high beam on the multi-function switch. It shortly quit after I bought the car, I also saw the under hood fuse box has a lot corrosion looking in fr the left side, I’ve tried to separate and look further but I don’t know if that is possible. Thank you.

All the fuses in the diagram have power, I haven’t checked the ignition relay or the evaporative canister vent solenoid. I will look into it.

The fuse block having corrosion might be the issue, the corrosion tends to get into the connections and cause problems. That would easily create an intermittent condition like you have with starting. A parasitic draw would not cause that. I might start with either replacing the box or opening it and clean it and then see if anything still doesn't work.
