Will not start

I have power inside but will not start. It just clicks what could be my issue?

Is that the light click of the starter relay, or the loud, single clunk from the starter solenoid? Will the engine crank if you cycle the ignition switch to "crank" multiple times? What happens to the brightness of the head lights or interior lights when you try to crank the engine? Have you performed any starter system tests? If you did, what were the results?
