Intermittent no crank, no start

When I try to start I hear a series of clicks then dash lights flash, tachometer and speedometer jump up then go down. No crank. It does not happen all the time mostly when it has been sitting for a day or two.

Hi,

If it eventually does start, the first thing I would check are the battery terminals. If they are loose or corroded, it can cause this.
