When coming to a complete stop it stalls?

Vehicle starts fine and runs fine. It only wants to stall when coming to a full stop. It does not do it in the driveway going forward or backwards. This only happens when driving and coming to a stop. I did replace the fuel filter and that seem to help. Could I have purchase some bad gas with water in it?

I would service the throttle bore and check for vacuum leaks here are three guides to help us fix the problem.
