Stalls then shuts off

Car runs great then after a while RPM's drop then stalls out. The hose on this part will not stay intact. Do not know what this part is it is above fuel filter and connects to throttle on one end and a hose on other end.

More then likely it is the fuel pressure regulator. If you can get a picture of it, that will help us identify it.

However, I attached the process below of how to check the fuel pressure. This is what we need to start with plus it shows the regulator which should help figure out what part that is.
