car will not start and hear buzz?

Power comes on, but car won't start and hear buzz from fuse box area.

So, even if the system comes on it could be low on voltage/amperage. If the battery is more than 3 years old, I would remove it and take it to an auto parts store for testing which they will do for free.

You can help confirm the failure if you use a voltage meter on the battery on try to crank the engine over while watching the battery voltage which should not drop below 10 volts.
