After the battery drained and I recharged the battery, the little wrench lights up and also the car with scid marks lights up. Also, the little car with skid marks and says "off" lights up. How do I reset these lights?

You cannot. The dealer or a shop with a scan tool will be needed to read the codes stored and verify that the issue was only the battery drop. Then they can be cleared.
