Squeaky noise when stopping notice a part that might be damaged.

I have been having squeaky noise when stopping truck. When I looked under truck I noticed 2 joints or passenger and driver side with hole in rubber boot. I don't know if is my ball joints. I have enclosed a picture.

Nope it's the axle shaft for 4wd, they have lost their grease probably. Replace the shaft.

Ah, is tie rods and axel shaft too? It appears from googling image I come up with tie rod for inner and outer rods. Both sides of wheel where they attend too have torn rubber boots.

You can get the tie rods greased but the axle shafts can't be long as there is grease in tie rods you are ok

I guess I have to replace all my tie rods since all rubber boots are torn and there is no grease.

One last question, can replace just rubber boot on tie rods or/and tie rods them self?

You cold I guess but they aren't available for sale that I know of. Besides if they don'thave grease fittings they are dry and will wear fast so replacement is best option with a front end alignment. You can get ones that have grease fittings so they would last a lot longer.
