2002 Ford Expedition front end

My struck wobbles at about 45mph subsiquent to running over small objects or holes on the ground. It feels like the tires need balancing but i've balanced all 4 and replaced the ball joints. I recently replaced the brakes and the problem began. What do you recomend we look into.

Have you checked for a blown shock? Also, are the tie rods, and all other steering components in good condition?
