New battery installed improperly, causing it to spark and blow fuses?

The vehicle listed above is a Hatchback. While installing a new battery I put the wrong terminals on the battery causing it to spark and blowing some fuses which I cannot identify. How do I go about diagnosing the issue and fixing it?

You are on the right track, when this happens fuses are the first place to check.

Go ahead and install the new battery correctly and with the systems on start checking the fuses and fusible links. Start with the fuses under the hood, then seem to take the brunt of the problem.
