Smoking and stalling at low speeds?

When I start my truck listed above xlt model, it has a rough idle and smokes for a few minutes. After it gets to operating temperature it smooths out and quits smoking but doesn't have much power on the road and when you're coming to a stop it starts jumping stalling and lunging and sometimes shuts off as you accelerate.
