My dome lights on the ceiling don't work and the dashboard and the touch screen the light is dimmed we suspect is a faulty BCM but the Skoda garage called it a different name which is Replace J519 control unit and code to vehicle.
MK500937084CGZ00 CONTR. UNIT

I need to know what is it and which one exactly I have to buy for my car.

No worries, is sounds like they want you to replace the BCM. To let you know the BCM must be coded to your car so make sure that is done before the repair begins.

J519 - the Central Electronics / Onboard Power Supply control unit (BCM).

The BCM is located: Behind the lower dash trim, above the driver’s footwell, integrated into the interior fuse/relay carrier. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
