Short circuit dashboard

Hello,
following a short circuit at the cigar lighter level the dashboard of my car year, posted but legible indicator of mileage and temperature and the mileage meter and the distress lights and the radio no longer worked. What is the cause probable of this failure and how I can repair please? Thank you in advance.

You did a repair and now the dash lights do not work it sounds like. I would start by checking the fuses. Here is guide to help us get started:
