When driving 65 MPH or more transmission will not shift into fourth gear?

When I take it on the highway doing 60 or more miles per hour it won't shift into fourth gear at 60 MPH I'm running 3,500 to 4,000 RPMs. It's the re4f04b transaxle I can replace the solenoid myself if I knew which one to replace.

It could be a turbine revolution speed sensor that has gone out, here are the locations for both and how to replace them in case you need it in the images below. Also, it looks like the shift solenoids are replaced as a unit. Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
