I have the car listed above Rally. I got it out of the shop today 01/21/2022. Soon as I drove it from the Dodge dealership the service shifter came back on after just having my whole shifter and wires replaced. It went away as I kept driving and by the time, I made it home it displayed do not turn engine off or shift into any gear may not be able to shift until serviced message. I tried to put it in park to turn the car off, but it only went into neutral, and my car is still in run mode. I left it alone for a few Minutes then tried to shift again once shifter stopped flashing and it still won’t shift into park so I can turn my car off. Can anyone tell me how to turn it off I don’t want it to run all night.

Hello,

There could be a number of things that can cause this issue.
First of all were you able to shut off the engine?

Usually, you can shut off the engine in neutral, when the vehicle is not moving.

The best option would have been for you to take the vehicle back to the shop. If something was not installed properly this type of error massage can get triggered.

Let me know your current situation.
Thank you.
