Service four wheel drive light on

Service four wheel drive light is on dash. Just had fuel pump replaced and full tune up including wires and plugs done. Could something that was repaired have something to do with my service four wheel drive light being on?

I do not think the latest service can cause something to happen to the four wheel drive system. We need to run the codes to see what comes up so we can go from there on the repair.
