Serpentine belt installation issue

I put on the serpentine on correctly, but I don't know what I'm doing wrong to tighten it. I have the right tools. I just don't know what I'm doing wrong.

Hi,

I attached two pics. The first you can see the routing diagram, and the second is a very vague pic showing how to release the tensioner. The directions are very straight forward. Here they are:

1. Move the auto-tensioner (A) to relieve tension from the drive belt (B), then remove the drive belt.
2. Install the new belt in the reverse order of removal.
