Sensor replacement

My car has an issue when it is cold. After it warms up fully the issue disappears. There is no check engine light that has been tripped but the engine will not rev pass 4,000 rpm in either gear or out of gear. It also starts a little harder than most injected cars but after a few cranks it does start and idle fine. I suspect this issue is related to a bad sensor but other than guessing which one and replacing one by one I was wondering which of the following is most likely the culprit:

1) MAP sensor.
2) Crankshaft sensor.
3) Camshaft sensor.
4) None of the above.

I made it multiple choice but open to other considerations.

Scan for codes again and check fuel pressure with a gauge may below fuel pressure check for a vacuum leak as well see link.
