Is it a good Idea to change the oil after adding Seafoam?

Put seafoam high millage in through the brake booster hose and was wandering if I need to change the oil.

It is a good idea to change the oil and filter after a top cylinder cleaning like that as the cleaner will wash some of the built-up deposits into the oil and you want to remove all of that as well as any cleaner that is now in the oil. I would say to run it until it's warm, then change the oil and filter. You don't need to use top of the line oil for this change though. Then run it for 1,000 miles or so and change them both again to be sure all the carbon and sludge has been cleaned out of the oiling system. Put in a good synthetic oil and then see how it acts.
