Is the clutch pedal all loose or the shifter? Also why did you unhook the cable's?Did you unhook the cable's from the transmission or the shifter?I need the whole story here so we can figure this out. Tell me everything you did before all this loose stuff happened.

That make's no sense they have nothing to do with each other. If the clutch pedal has no pressure then you need to replace the whole clutch master and slave as a assembly. Unless you did something more then just remove the cable's and put them back on.

The slave silnder was craked undernith wer the hidraluic line hooks up, it leaked fluid, I fixed it with some of that epoxy clay it wasent easy to clean the surfes with solvent, hopely it seals good and I don't have to replase the whole slave silinder system, if I do is their things I should consider doing other than not brake anything ells an place somthing under the pedal like the installation instractions say.

You most likely will be replacing the whole assembly they aren't repairable. There is know need to place anything under the pedal when you replace it I have replaced more then I can count and have never put anything under the pedal. You just remove the battery and battery tray and you have all the room you need to replace it. Let me know if you are going to replace it I have seen some good price's on them.

If the clutch pedal isn't hard going all the way down. Meaning that it doesn't go down some before it get's hard if it goes down some before it get's hard then you have problem's and need to replace it. Other wise you will damage your transmission down the road.

There designed as a sealed system meaning they were never designed to bleed if there ever is a leak there designed to just be replaced. It's good your asking question's i'm just giving you the information you need on your car. If my clutch slave leaked like yours I would just replace it it's not worth the chance of getting stuck somewhere or damaging the transmission.

I 'am almost convinced to replace it, my two concerns are I hate to work under the dash board, end result the same. Its nice to be 100 percent shure of the problem before going at it. I 'm gona replase it, ran out of ideas for now.

If it was cracked and leaking and all you did was patch it and replace the fluid then I would say what else could it be?You saw it broken so it's bad right?AS far as working under the dash your not under there very long just long enough to pop the clip off the pedal and take the clutch master rod off the pedal then put the rod and clip back on. It's really easy.
