1995 Saturn SL2 Starting problem

We've been having intermittent starting problems, the starter is still good (took it out and had it tested), the battery is testing fine, the alternator above average. There is a slight trend for it to start better when cold, though it is not always that way. I have successfully jump started it once, though on another occasion jumping failed to help. It roll starts just fine. I have also replaced the battery terminals as the threads were stripped.
