i replace the power control module and the fuel pump some relays and fuses just to make sure that these were not the problem but my Saturn's fuel pump still will not come on can you help me with this problem please

Check for power on the gray wire at the fuel pump connector-No power test the fuel pump fuse and the fuel pump relay-Power at the connector double check the fuel pump ground wire which is the black wire-if okay replace the fuel pump.
