1998 Saturn SL1 cooling fan

Well my cooling fan works fine but it doesnt cool down my engine

and when I turn it on instead of cooling it down it jus makes it hotter

Please help

If your cooling fans are turning on then they are not your overheating problem. Either you don't have enough coolant or the coolant is not being pushed through the system correctly. Is the thermostat working properly?
