MY CAR IS BLOWING WHITE SMOKE OUT OF IT, I GOT A GASKET PUT ON IT AND IT STILL SMOKES. SOMEONE TOLD ME THAT THE HEAD IS CRACKED.I WANTED TO KNOW IS THERE ANY WAY TO FIX THE HEAD INSTEAD OF PURCHESING A NEW HEAD. MY RADIATOR ALSO HAVE A HOLE IN IT AND WILL THE SEALANT WORK?

If you had the head gasket replaced and it is still blowing white smoke (burning anti-freeze) then a cracked head is very likely. The aluminum heads on the saturns were known to fail eventually due to weak (lost foam) casting proscess. You might be able to find a remanufactured head quite a bit cheaper than a new one but will not likely be able to have yours repaired.
