1995 Saturn SL1 coolant leak

We just purchased this vechile and it is leaking fluid around the radiator overflow cap (the fill resivior). The coolant also looks dirty. What might be the problem and what can we do to fix it and what might it cost?

I am unemployed and used every penny I had to purchase this vehicle so I could find employment. Please, I need a quick response but can not offer a donation at this time.

Hi there,

this may just be a faulty pressure cap seal, this can be tested with a cooling system pressure tester and it will take all of 1 min to test, a new cap may be around $10-$15 depending on brand.
