When you turn the key to start the engine it doesn't turn. All the fuses and relays, check. Yes I have a multimeter and I check the switch contacts and continuity and is working ok. Also the switch is new it only have 3 weeks installed. All wiring cable looks ok.

To check ur neutral safety put ur car in park then check for power to the two big top wires that are on a plug by themselves while the plug is plugged in u should have power to both wires with key in the start postion. The switch is below the master cyclinder mounted to the trans it's the top connector. Let me know what u find there.

Was the plug plugged in when u were checking for power with the key in the start postion the postion u start ur car in?If it was then now u need to go to ur ignition switch theres a big red and white wire going into the switch u should have power all the time to that wire. Now turn the switch to the start postion and check for power to the big yellow wire going to switch u should have power to that wire with the switch in the start postion. Let me know what u find.
