1996 Saturn Sedan car wont start when its rainy weather

When there is moisture in the air ( when it rains) the car will not start and various other things dont work. Such as the wipers and windows, and the car has to be push started. Some times after the fuse box under the hood is wiggled around the car can be started and the things start working again. What is the most likely reasoning for this problem? Thank you

Sounds like u ethier have a loose connector or wire in the fuse box or a bad fuse box itself. On the underside of the fuse box there's bolts holding the connectors tightly in place maybe one is loose.I would take the fuse box loose and turn the wipers on while ur moving wires and connectors around if u see the wipers stop then u know ur close. Let me know what u find.
