I have a 1994 saturn sc2 5 speed and it was overheating. So I changed the thermostat and let it run for a about an hour and it did not overheat.I drove my car to work one morning and on my way home from work it started to overheat again. The water pump is good and there are no other coolant leaks. What could be the possible cause?

Does your A/c work if so does your cooling fan for the radiator come on when you turn on the a/c?When the fan is on is there alot of air blowing out of it?Also do you have a plastic flap hanging below your radiator that is spring loaded?Let me know.
