Afrter 3 failed attempts to put in a security code in the radio it reads LOCK. I have the right code now but can't put in code. Have tried leaving key on run for an hr but still locked. Have tried pulling the fuse for radio disconnect the battery( which is why it triggered the theft deterrent system in the first place). Do u have any advice for my 2000 Saturn Lseries?

Try this put the key in acc postion turn the radio on so it displays lock all the time then let it sit for a hour till it displays dashs instead of lock. Let me know how it goes.
