Sirius Satellite radio quit working?

My radio works on AM, FM and CD player. Satellite just stopped. I contacted Sirius and they cannot help. Radio won’t accept refresh signal. Research indicates two possible issues. A fuse or the satellite module. Please advise. I don’t know where either of these are located in my vehicle. Thank you in advance.

Yes, the fuses the run the Satellite radio are fuse #10 and # 42 in the fuse panel at the left side of the dash. Here is a guide to help you test the fuses for power and the radio wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works.
