1995 SAAB 900 won't start in park but will in neutral

My Saab 900 S 1995 won't start in park. It tried to ingage however won't. When you put it in neutral start find. What going on?

Hi there,

Have the transmission isolator switch checked, this stops the car being started in gear it can often be adjusted or the contacts for start in park are faulty.
