Rust beginning to set in on a scratch on the door.

Someone put a six inch scratch on my car door and a door bang in the middle. It is a single scratch most likely made with a pointed object. Now part of it is getting rusted.
I want to avoid painting the complete car, painting only the door is also not a good solution as the color might differ.
I am okay if the scratch is visible, but I want to stop the rust.
Is that possible?

The only way is by rebumping and painting. Most body shops can match paint so you do not notice difference.

Any idea how much the paint job for a door would cost? Approximately?
