Will not stay running?

Truck will start and run for 15 minutes or so then it will shut down and won't start again until it cools down.

It sounds like the fuel pump is going out, when it won't start will it run on starting fluid? Also, can you hear the fuel pump in the tank run? Also, it could be the engine coolant sensor that shorts out when hot. Please go over this guide and let me know:
