Hi,

This seems like a MAP issue. The EGR could cause some idle issues but the MAP Is what the engine uses to determine the proper air/fuel mixture. If this is off, then the engine will not idle or run properly. I would start with changing the sensor and make sure the code clears and does not return. There is a chance that this is a circuit issue but this is less likely then a sensor issue.

Once that is completed and the engine is running better, I would remove the EGR and see what it looks like. If it looks dirty then I would suggest replacing it.

As for the speed sensor codes, those will not cause engine performance issues but should be addressed.

You attached the screen shot of the codes you had and it showed the MAP was a current code. When was that taken? Before or after you replaced it? Unplugging the sensor will turn the light on because you will have an open circuit issue. However, if the sensor is not reading properly, it will not always turn the light on. It will only do that if it gets outside the determined values.

I would also remove the EGR and see if it has carbon or soot in it. If so, you need to replace that as well.

Hello KASEKENNY1, thank you for your reply. I have change the MAP sensor and the fuel pump then reset all the codes. Now not show me any codes, and the power of machine back but still the rpm sometimes read 200-250 in slowly must be at least 500 in slowly. When push the accelerator pedal will back to 500. What I must check now? Your advise please.

Have you done anything with the EGR? You have a code for insufficient flow so this could be an issue and effect performance. Also, you need to inspect the purge valve. If this is stuck open it will cause surging.

Here is a guide that will talk about surging. This doesn't seem like a vacuum leak but it should be checked.

Okay. We need to get a new post started for this. We have to keep it to one issue per post because when people search for these things they won't find it under this heading.

If you get this issue posted I will look for it and answer it on that thread. Thanks again.
