I am always late, but yesterday I had to wait to get gas. I do not like to get below a fourth of a tank. After I got my gas it ran a little rough and the rpm's stayed at around two city driving.
What do I need to do?

Scan for codes and check for a vacuum leak like hoses off/broken etc. You might also try cleaning throttle plate and IAC hole with choke cleaner clean plate on both sides.

Also have the EVAP purge valve checked. If they stick open they can cause rough engine and even no-start problems after you fuel up.
