How to remove a rounded off head Bolt?

Please tell me the best way to get out the head bolt after I rounded it off.

Sure, the best way to remove a rounded head bolt is to weld another nut or bolt on top of the rounded head bolt. If you do not have a welder, you can have the vehicle towed to a welding shop to get the job done. Check out this video, it will show you how:
