Rough idle and smoke

I am having a rough idle and it seems to get rougher if I put it in reverse or park. I also have an all cylinder misfire and I have white smoke coming from the passenger side of the engine.

The white smoke sounds like steam. Have you checked for a coolant leak?

Now, if all cylinders are misfiring, it sounds like you may have a head gasket issue or the intake manifold is leaking. Here is a link that describes how to check for a bad head gasket. Follow the directions and let me know what you find. Also, if possible, could you provide the trouble codes from the computer? If all cylinders are misfiring, the check engine light should be on. Thus, there will be trouble codes.
