The turn signal stick moves around just fine, but the left turn signal won’t turn on and my right blinker just stays on. What’s the issue? What happened?

Hi,

It sounds like the switch has failed. If the switch was good and it was a wiring issue, changing the direction (signal direction) would change the power flow and change it from flashing. The power runs through the switch, so if you have power and it won't change direction, it honestly sounds internal within the switch itself.

If you decide to replace the switch, here are the directions. The attached pics correlate with the directions.
