There are many steps to this but this is the general steps, make sure the car is on level ground before you begin
Tools & Supplies
Jack + jack stands or a lift
18 mm, 21 mm sockets/wrenches
Torque wrench (up to 150 Nm)
Pry bar
Ball joint separator or pickle fork
New upper control arms (Jaguar OEM or Lemforder preferred - includes ball joint)
Penetrating oil and anti-seize compound
Removal Procedure
1 Disable the air suspension.
2 Turn ignition off.
3 Pull the air suspension system fuse (underhood fuse box, F22 or F23 depending on region).
4 Wait 5 minutes before lifting - prevents the system from trying to self-level.
5 Raise and support the vehicle.
6 Place jack stands under the front subframe.
7 Let the suspension hang, but support the lower control arm with a second jack so the strut isn’t fully extended.
8 Remove the front wheel.
9 Locate the upper control arm.
10 It runs from the top of the steering knuckle to two pivot bushings on the chassis mount above the strut.
11 You’ll see one ball joint at the knuckle, two bush bolts at the frame.
12 Separate the upper ball joint.
13 Remove the 18 mm nut.
14 Use a ball joint separator; do not hammer directly on the knuckle (it’s aluminum).
15 Once free, move the knuckle outward slightly for clearance.
16 Remove the two inner pivot bolts.
17 They’re inserted front-to-rear through aluminum brackets above the air strut.
It’s tight - a ratcheting wrench helps.
18 Support the arm as you remove the second bolt.
19 Remove the control arm.

Installation
1 Install the new arm and start both pivot bolts finger-tight.
2 Insert the ball joint stud into the knuckle and install the new nut.
Torque values:
Ball joint nut: 80 Nm
Inner pivot bolts: 110 Nm
Important: Only torque the pivot bolts with the suspension loaded (simulate normal ride height).
3. Lower the car onto ramps or use a jack under the lower arm until the hub is at normal ride height, then torque.
4 Reinstall the air suspension fuse, start the car, and let it level itself.
5 Finish with a 4-wheel alignment.
