You did not list any information as to engine size, mileage, two or four-wheel-drive, truck model, if you are replacing a "captive" rotor, etc. So I have to guess you are referring to the axle nut that holds a four wheel drive front wheel bearing together. Those do have a very critical torque spec, and it is important that no vehicle weight ever be placed on that bearing unless the nut is tightened to specs. To do so will instantly make the bearing noisy and it will make a buzzing sound like an airplane engine.

The most common torque spec is 175 foot pounds, but if you list the specifics for this truck, I will look up the exact spec.
