Replaced the steering column and car will not start

I replaced the column because the old one locked up and the key would not turn. Now everything will come on, but will not start. Looking for any advice to help.

When you say wont start do you mean wont start or wont crank? (starter not working) if the starter is not working here is a guide to help check for power at the starter motor which will help us determine if the starter is bad or just nor getting power:
