I have the car listed above with a Zetec Rocam 1.6 engine. The power steering pump has a small leak where the hydraulic fluid enters the pump. Before replacing the entire pump, I wanted to see if there was an o'ring or something that could be replaced, but I can't find a way to remove the plastic fitting where the feed line connects to the pump (marked with a red circle in the picture).

Does anyone know how to remove this plastic fitting? All the disassembly videos I found are for pumps with a metal fitting, not this plastic one.

Hmm, I don't know how to remove the fitting, it looks like it is a one-time use fitting that snaps in. Also, it looks like it is the return line fitting. I checked the manual and the pump they show is not the same as what you have. Can you double check the year and engine size? Check out the images (below). Let us know what you find.
